At Açai Express transparency and communication are the keys to our success. What started as a lone food truck trailer has expanded into a nationwide movement. Through our meticulous franchise system we’ve come up with a process that best sets up our franchisees for success. We are transparent with our franchising costs because we think it’s the best way to conduct business and set you up for the best experience. Here’s what your initial investment gives you access to:

OUR FRANCHISE FEE:

The Açai Express franchise fee welcomes the investors to the rights to all of our systems, intensive training and support, our training manuals, and access to our corporate team who will support you through every step of the franchising process.

ROYALTIES AND FEES:

When you invest with Açai Express, besides the franchise fee, you will also contribute 6% of your weekly gross sales as a weekly royalty fee in addition to a 2% contribution for brand development costs. The brand development fee is used for cutting edge materials that we use to develop and market our brand with tested and proven materials that sell. We’ve spent years fine tuning, crafting, testing and creating these marketing materials so you don’t have to. With the royalties and fees investment, these materials are yours for the marketing!

STARTUP COSTS:

With seven years of franchising and operational experience under our belts, we’ve got a pretty good idea of the costs needed to get an Açai Express store up and running. Depending on the business model you choose (food trailer, brick and mortar, or food truck) our typical investment ranges from $143,400 - $359,000. This includes the Açai Express franchise fee. This cost estimate includes the majority of expenses you need to factor in as you prepare to prep and open your very own Açai Express store. MONTHLY EXPENSES:

Other expenses you should factor in when investing in an Açai Express franchise are monthly costs such as rent, utilities, payroll, inventory expenses, local marketing expenditures, among other operational costs. It is recommended that when investing with us you have strong financial footing and a comfortable amount of capital liquidity to weather the expected ebb and flow of running a business.
