What is the Açai Express franchise fee?

The Açai Express franchise fee is an initial investment cost of $25,000. This grants our new franchisees access to our comprehensive training program and operational systems. Through this initial deposit you will also receive all the materials needed to open your very own Açai Express franchise. We personally believe your success is our success and we can’t wait to start on this journey together!

In addition to the franchise fee, as a franchisee you will also pay 6% in weekly royalties and 2% in the brand development fees. Our marketing team invested time and research into perfecting the best advertising tools and materials to create the most thorough brand awareness and engagement with our customers. With your investment, you will have access to all these expert marketing materials.

At Açai Express we provide you with support from the moment you sign onto the team, from getting the store ready for opening which includes but is not limited to: site selection, lease execution, construction and design, coordinating vendors, employee and management training, marketing training, and ongoing support throughout. With our dedication to the success of each franchisee, we also provide business best practices and operational guidance. Even if this is your first time owning a business, we are on your side and strive to set you up for success.

If you are well-equipped in terms of experience and qualifications to handle a large territory, we would come to a development agreement in order to grant multiple locations. We take each franchise and franchisee very seriously and have expectations to succeed together. Your success is our success.

An average Açai Express store has about 3 to 4 team members per shift including a store manager. This may depend on the store and its sales volume, the operation may be divided into two daily shifts.

We have great news: contrary to popular opinion, you don’t need any restaurant or business experience to open an Açai Express franchise. We’ve come up with a system, through seven years of business experience, to successfully train and educate anyone how to operate an Açai Express store. No chef experience or actual cooking required.

After signing the franchise agreement the average store may open within 6 to 9 months.

Açai Express has great working relationships with some of the leading real estate companies in the nation that understand the local markets and the criteria for an Açai Express store. We will facilitate the contacts.

At Açai Express we prefer that our owners be hands on in the store for the first 6 to 9 months of operations. With that said, most of our franchise owners are multi-unit operators that have systems in place that allow them to operate multiple stores without having to be there in person on a daily basis.

At Açai Express we support those in finding funding for their dreams of being a business owner. That’s why if you’re an aspiring entrepreneur but are looking to request financial help, we can connect you with the SBA (United States Small Business Administration) as we are registered on their small business registry. We also have access to financial institutions that can help qualified candidates in need.This could possibly allow you to qualify for a loan, and begin the process to open your very own franchise.
